"WWJD" stands for "What Would Jesus Do?"
We help leaders follow Jesus.
OUR ROLE MODEL
Fifteen years ago, we started a consulting firm to help leaders build high-performance organizations.
In many cases, the executive team was a key reason that the company was underperforming.
And in some cases, the executive team was THE issue!
We studied many different models of leadership development.
We also explored the International Coaching Federation (ICF) model but decided that it was too touchy-feely.
Ultimately, we concluded that the answer was not a model developed by academics or the ICF.
It is the one that Jesus used 2000 years ago.
WWJD
"WWJD" stands for "What Would Jesus Do?"
This phrase originated from a novel titled In His Steps: What Would Jesus Do? written by Charles M. Sheldon in 1896.
The novel tells the story of a group of Christians who pledge to live their lives for one year by asking themselves, "What would Jesus do?" before making any major decision or taking any significant action.
We believe that executives should do the same!
It is easy to say you want to Lead Like Jesus ... but it is extremely difficult to do.
That is why we developed the 100X Transformation Program!
